We deliver exclusively within Australia. All products available on the website are intended solely for distribution within Australia.

All shipments are handled by carefully selected logistics providers to ensure a secure, reliable, and fully trackable service at every stage.

 Deliveries outside Australia are not available.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are structured as follows:

  • Orders under €130: €6 shipping fee.
  • Orders of €130 or more: free shipping.

3. Order Processing

After payment is completed, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Processing Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed before 16:10 will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 16:10 will be processed on the next business day.
  • If a public holiday occurs, processing will begin on the next business day.

Once processing is completed, the order is handed over to the carrier for dispatch. During peak periods, minor delays may occur, and customers will be informed accordingly.

4. Delivery Method and Timeframe

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days within Australia.

All deliveries are carried out in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law), ensuring delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

Any circumstances beyond our control will be handled with transparency and due care.

5. Applicable Taxes

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.

The provided link allows customers to check shipment status at any time. For further assistance, customers may contact customer support and provide their order number.

7. Responsibility and Claims

The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

If an order arrives damaged or shows visible issues, customers should report the condition at the time of delivery and contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing a detailed description and photographic evidence where possible.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
